Dates and times — largest unit first

규칙 BIG → SMALL: 2026年8月14日, 星期四上午八点半。 English runs the other way.
As a predicate it needs no 是: 今天八月十四号。 (with 是 is also fine)
Weekdays are numbered 星期一…星期六; Sunday is 星期天 or 星期日。
Days and months take 二 (二月, 二号), but the CLOCK takes 两: 两点。
