Place words go AFTER the noun

규칙 The place word follows the noun: 桌子上, 家里, 学校前面。
English says on the table; Chinese says table-on — the easiest thing here to write backwards.
As an adverbial it takes 在 in front: 我在家里看书。 书在桌子上。
Place names and 这儿/那儿 take NO 里/上: 在北京, never 在北京里。
