所谓 + a term = the so-called — it PRECEDES the term and often carries scepticism:
所谓的专家其实什么都不懂。
…之所在 / 问题所在 = where the heart of it lies — it comes LAST: 这正是问题所在。
…所致 = caused by — also LAST, naming the cause: 事故是疲劳驾驶所致。
All three are written; speech uses 叫做, 在于 and 因为.
