每 and the 都 that follows it
A 每 sentence nearly always wants a 都 later on — and never takes a 了.
规则
每 + measure + noun: 每个人, 每本书。 每天, 每年 and 每星期 need no measure.
The rest of the sentence nearly always carries 都: 每个人都有名字。
每天 describes a HABIT, so the sentence takes NO 了: 我每天去学校, never 我每天去了学校。
都 still stands before the verb, like every other adverb.
