如果…就 and 不但…而且
Supposing and adding — two pairs whose second half cannot be left empty.
规则
如果 A，就 B: 如果明天下雨，我就不去了。 要是 is the same thing, more colloquial.
就 goes AFTER the second clause's subject: 我就不去, never 就我不去。
不但 A，而且 B: 他不但会说汉语，而且说得很好。
Both pairs keep both halves, exactly as 因为…所以 did at HSK 2.
