对 and 关于
对 points an attitude at something; 关于 names what a book or a conversation is about.
The rule
对 + object + comment: 他对我很好。 我对中国文化很感兴趣。 运动对身体很好。
The whole 对… phrase goes BEFORE the comment, never after it.
关于 names the TOPIC: 一本关于中国历史的书。
感兴趣 always pairs with 对, never with 关于: 对…感兴趣。
