越…越… and 越来越
越…越… needs two halves; 越来越 has only one.
規則
越 A 越 B = the more A, the more B, both halves sharing a subject: 越学越有意思。
越来越 + adjective = more and more, with only ONE half: 天气越来越冷了。
Do not blend the two: 越来越学越有意思 is wrong.
越来越 nearly always closes with 了.
