The rule
一边 A 一边 B: two actions at the same time — 他一边吃饭一边看电视。
又 A 又 B: two qualities held together — 这个菜又好吃又便宜。
越来越 + adjective: more and more of it over time — 天气越来越冷了。
All three sit BEFORE the verb or adjective, never at the end.
