The 因为…所以 order reversed: the result comes first so the explanation lands harder.
規則
之所以 RESULT，是因为 CAUSE — the usual order reversed to put weight on the explanation.
他之所以成功，是因为从不放弃。
Compare 因为他从不放弃，所以他成功了。 Same content, different emphasis.
之所以 follows the subject: 他之所以…, never 之所以他…。
The second clause needs the full 是因为; the 是 does not drop.
